1. Information We Collect
CAMEL AI collects your email address, country/city (for pricing purposes), and account activity for account creation and service delivery. Images, videos, and audio you upload are processed temporarily for AI generation and are not stored permanently on our servers.
2. Payment Information
For manual payments (JazzCash/EasyPaisa), we collect the transaction ID (TxID) and sender's mobile number to verify and approve your payment. For automated card/wallet payments processed through our licensed payment gateway partner(s), your card and payment details are handled directly and securely by that gateway — CAMEL AI does not receive or store your full card number. We store only the payment status, amount, and plan purchased, in our secure database, for record-keeping and support purposes.

4. Data Security
Your account and transaction data is stored securely in our database (Supabase, with row-level security enabled) and is not shared with third parties except AI processing APIs (Replicate) and our licensed payment processing partner(s), solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
5. Subscription Data
Plan information and credit balance are stored securely in our database and update automatically upon successful payment.
6. Data Retention
We retain payment and transaction records as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance purposes.
